The 925-47020 Micro Pirani™ Vacuum Transducer with MEMS-based Micro Pirani™ Vacuum Sensor is a thermal conductivity vacuum gauge based on a unique, MEMS-based (Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems) vacuum sensor. This 925 transducer offers a wide measurement range from 1x10-5 Torr to atmosphere, and features a 4 VCR-F fitting with EtherCAT communications.
