Overview
The 660C40 Single-channel Digital Power Supply and Readout is a microprocessor-based power supply and readout module for use with capacitance manometers and mass flow meters requiring ±15 VDC and 250 mA maximum power, and any output signal in the range of 0-10 VDC. The front panel's menu-selectable, input scaler, and Full Scale calibration functions allow for direct reading with any capacitance manometer range or engineering units, and compensation for gas correction factors when used with mass flow meters. Sensor zero is provided via the front panel membrane switch, and remotely via TTL signals or with the RS-232 communications. It required 220 VAC input power.
