Overview

The 660C Single-channel Digital Power Supply and Readout is a microprocessor-based power supply and readout module for use with capacitance manometers and mass flow meters requiring ±15 VDC and 250 mA maximum power, and any output signal in the range of 0 to 10 VDC.
