MKS Warranty Periods

Product Warranty Period: MKS' and its direct and indirect subsidiaries standard warranty period for all of their Products is 1 year from the date of shipment (the "Warranty Period"), except as otherwise specifically set forth below or provided by MKS in writing.

*All Warranty Periods begin on the date of shipment. The Warranty Period for repaired or upgraded Products is 90 days from shipment of the repaired or upgraded Product or the remaining portion of the original Warranty Period, whichever is longer.
