Ms. Donlan serves as Executive Vice President, General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer of MKS Inc. Ms. Donlan joined MKS in June 2008 as Corporate Counsel and has held positions of increasing responsibility throughout her MKS career. While supporting the Vacuum Solutions Division as its General Counsel, Ms. Donlan became MKS’ first Chief Compliance Officer. Prior to MKS, Ms. Donlan served as Corporate Counsel at several technology companies, including IONA Technologies, Progress, and eXcelon Corporation.

Ms. Donlan holds a B.A. from Saint Michael’s College and a J.D. from Boston University School of Law.
