Ramakumar Mayampurath
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Mayampurath has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of MKS Instruments, Inc. since October 2024. He also served as Treasurer of MKS from October 2024 to May 2025. Mr. Mayampurath joined MKS in October 2024 with more than 25 years of experience in financial strategy, thought leadership, and value creation for shareholders and stakeholders.

Prior to joining MKS, Mr. Mayampurath served as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer at Rogers Corporation. While at Rogers, he also held a variety of senior roles with responsibilities for financial operations, financial planning and analysis, business transformation and treasury. Prior to joining Rogers Corporation, Mr. Mayampurath served in divisional financial leadership roles at Royal Philips Electronics from 2005 to 2014.

Mr. Mayampurath is a chartered accountant and holds an M.B.A. from Southern Illinois University and a Master’s degree in Global Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management.
