HyperPAC Programmable Industrial PC

The HyperPAC Industrial PC is a compact, server-grade IPC control solution which delivers outstanding performance with reliable operation for a variety of control and automation tasks. The HyperPAC is designed with Error-correcting Code (ECC) memory to automatically detect and correct internal data corruption to support mission critical applications. With numerous Ethernet and USB ports, and I/O flexibility to expand and configure the system, the HyperPAC can integrate multiple fieldbuses in to a single stream. This enables a seamless gateway to ease conversion of fieldbus data to IIoT data for edge analytics. Using Data Distribution Services (DDS), the HyperPAC provides secure, deterministic, real-time machine-to-machine communication for applications requiring high performance.

"Equipped with microsecond networked data communication response time, a robust computing platform for critical process applications, and an SDK to enable an IIoT gateway, the HyperPAC integrates easily in to factories enabling Industry 4.0", said Tony Owen, General Manager of Analytical and Control Solutions.

The HyperPAC is configurable to support multiple communication protocols, including flexibility to be either an EtherCAT® or DeviceNet Master, and has an optional smart fan for enclosed spaces or areas where the ambient temperature is >50°C. Learn more about MKS' HyperPAC solution here.
