Mr. Cannone has served as Chief Executive Officer and a member of the board of directors of Newforma Holdings since April 2025. Previously, Mr. Cannone served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Demand Science Group, LLC from August 2020 to December 2024. Prior to Demand Science, he served as General Partner of Optum Ventures, Chief Executive Officer of UpCurve, Inc., Chief Executive Officer of ThriveHive, President and Chief Executive Officer of OnForce, and held senior management positions at PC Connection, Inc. and MicroWarehouse.

Mr. Cannone holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and an M.B.A. from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
