I use innovative strategies to involve all employees in improving our organization.

From orientation day, we set the expectation that every employee is accountable and empowered to contribute to a culture of excellence. Continuous improvement is not just a suggestion, it is as way of life. We use Lean methodology to address challenges, improve processes and drive change.

Big changes can cause fear in employees, small changes are less intimidating – but still effective. Long-term, small changes every day can lead to huge improvements and create a continuous improvement mindset.

While traditional companies typically use a top-down approach, I manage with a holistic, bottom-up approach where all employees are actively involved in helping set and lead projects to achieve our goals. Every employee has ownership in our success. Every manager understands their role as mentor is a crucial part of our cultural transformation.

Excellence in everything we do is the expectation. It is part of our DNA.
