As a Manager of Global Supply Chain Analytics & Automation, every day I deal with data in its multiple forms and sizes, from various sources, collaborating across diverse teams. One thing is common, though: everyone is looking for ways to work more effectively.

We develop Business Intelligence (BI), converting raw data into actionable insights, explore AI models to support better business decision-making and we use Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to automate repetitive tasks of daily work.

Purchase Order (PO) Management tends to take up a lot of employee time with the same steps over and over. Using RPA, I developed an automated process capable of identifying and responding to non-compliant POs, removing the need for manual work, saving precious time and resources. An added bonus, we saw significant reduction in PO errors.

This is just one of the ways Robotic Process Automation has led to increased efficiency. We’ll continue to explore possibilities in the spirit of innovation.
