In the development of a new generation of metrology tools for semiconductor applications, we have embraced a challenge requested by a key customer.

To meet the metrology needs of their new optical system, we were pushed at the edge of motion limits. We have developed groundbreaking technologies, specifically a function that ensures extreme stability during inspection phases. This advancement was made possible by integrating an unprecedented function, switching from a mobile mode to a static mode by making it monolithic with granite.

This success is the result of great teamwork and close collaboration with our customer. Thanks to our multidisciplinary approach, adaptability, and constant drive for innovation in mechanics and electronics, we have transformed a customer challenge into a major technological advancement.

Our commitment and creativity have been recognized and awarded by the ONTO Innovation 2024 awards. This distinction proves our ability to tackle the most ambitious challenges and pave the way for new applications.
