Our innovation journey began with a bold vision: to revolutionize the traditional way we manually dispense glue for optical assembling. Traditionally, someone had to physically apply the glue to the lens holder, as carefully and evenly as possible. With this manual approach the quality output was highly dependent on the skill proficiency and hand coordination of the operators. Consequently, there was often significant variation in the dispensing amount for each component.

After numerous rounds of long-term research, development, and testing, we have successfully assembled an automatic dispensing machine that not only dispenses glue accurately and evenly, but also operates with more speed and precision than any human hand could. Our new automatic dispensing machine saves time and improves our quality and production efficiency.

We are extremely proud and inspired by the success of our innovative solution, realizing that only by daring to challenge the traditional way things are done and breaking through inertial thinking can we continuously explore and discover more possibilities.
