MKS Analog Input/Output Modules are a compact and high density solution for integrating analog input and output channels with MKS Automation Platform PAC or CM modules. AIO modules support a variety output and output ranges, to interface any type of analog I/O with the MKS platform. Each AIO module supports 8 analog inputs and 4 analog outputs.
