Sally Ann Bouley
Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer

Ms. Bouley serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) of MKS Instruments, Inc. Ms. Bouley joined MKS in 2013 and has held positions of increasing responsibility. Most recently, she maintained her role as Vice President, Talent & Organizational Development, while simultaneously serving as Interim CHRO.

Prior to joining MKS, Ms. Bouley held numerous Human Resource leadership positions within the semiconductor, luxury goods, automotive, and laboratory equipment industries at organizations including Brooks Automation, Timex Group, and SPX Corporation / Kendro Laboratory Products.

Ms. Bouley holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Saint Michael’s College and an M.B.A. in Human Resource Management from Clarkson University.
