The most important process we work on for our customers is the production process, which transforms raw materials into finished goods. The more efficient this process is the better – and faster – we can serve our customers.

To ensure our Supply Chain resilience, we diligently track Purchase Orders. Monitoring, following-up and manually updating reports if necessary. It was a reactive approach, so we decided to find a more proactive solution.

We teamed up with IT and created a new platform that would allow us to partner directly with our suppliers to update orders automatically, giving everyone access to the most up-to-date, accurate information. This solution has enhanced our planning capabilities, reduced inefficiency and improved our partnership with our vendors and customers.

Now that we’ve found the right solution, we’re getting the right results.
