Madhuri A. Andrews
Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer

Ms. Andrews serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer of MKS Instruments, Inc. Ms. Andrews joined MKS in June 2023 and leads Information Technology across the organization. She is a seasoned technology leader and change agent who has served as the top technology executive for multi-billion-dollar global organizations spanning diverse industries.

Most recently, from 2018 to 2022, Ms. Andrews held the role of Executive Vice President & Chief Digital and Information Officer for Jacobs. From 2015 to 2018, she served as Chief Information Officer and Digital Transformation Leader for DynCorp International. Prior to DynCorp International, she held various operations, business development, and technology leadership positions at organizations including Trinity Industries, STMicroelectronics, Maxim Integrated Products, Aerojet, and BAE Systems.

Madhuri began her education pursuing a B.S. in Mathematics from St. Stephens College, Delhi University in India, holds B.S. degrees in Aerospace and Mechanical Engineering from Northrop University in Los Angeles, CA, and completed the Executive Business Management Program at the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin.
