120V Silicone Heater Jackets

Series 48 Silicone Heater Jackets are designed to deliver adequate heat if the 120 V supplied voltage is less than nominal, and to more appropriately distribute that heat to promote a uniform thermal profile. Extensive design and testing have been performed to ensure optimum performance. The heaters’ molded shapes conform to the hardware, minimizing gaps and subsequent heat loss. Using a patented process, silicone foam insulation is bonded to the outside of a reinforced silicone heater mat, resulting in external temperatures that are safe for human contact and meet OSHA safety requirements.
