ITIL and COBIT Best Practices Education

- ITIL Awareness – a two-hour online and self paced introduction to the key concepts of the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) a best practice framework for the management and delivery of IT services and IT infrastructure. Ideal for managers, and non-core IT staff, including support staff, consultants, key business users and developers.
- ITIL Extended Awareness – a four-hour online and self-paced course offering an in-depth introduction to the key concepts and processes of the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) a best practice framework for the management and delivery of IT services and IT infrastructure. Ideal for IT support staff, consultants, key business users, developers and anyone who needs to understand the key concepts of ITIL, but who will not be taking the foundation course.
- ITIL For Help Desk Agents – a five-hour online and self paced course is especially designed for help desk agents and first level support staff, focusing on Service Desk function, Incident Management, Change Management, Configuration Management and Problem Management processes.
- ITIL Foundation Course + EXIN Foundation Exam – This 16-hour online and self paced course is an EXIN accredited course which uses a multimedia framework to lead you through a case study exploring the concepts of ITSM as well as how to integrate ITIL Service Support and Service Delivery principles within your organization.
- ITIL Exam Preparation Guide – a two hour online self paced course is recommended for anyone taking the ITIL Foundation Exam.
- CobiT Awareness – two-hour online self paced introductory course addresses the need for an IT control framework and explains how CobiT addresses this in relation to other frameworks such as ITIL and COSO.
- CobiT Foundation Class + Certificate Exam – eight-hour online self paced official ISACA course will teach you how CobiT addresses the need for a globally accepted IT control and governance framework. This course uses interactive scenarios and real world examples to explain the components which comprise the CobiT model, and how this is applied in practice. Successful completion of the course prepares you for the one hour exam which comprises 40 multiple choice questions.
- CobiT for Sarbanes Oxley Compliance – this five-hour online self paced official ISACA course uses industry case studies and practical examples to explain the reasoning behind the Sarbanes Oxley Act and how the Act impacts IT.
- Requirements for ISO/IEC 20000 Certification – this five hour online self paced course will help you understand the benefits of applying ISO 20000 service management processes to improve the quality of managed services, save costs, and meet corporate governance/legal requirements. Intended for IT quality managers, IT support staff, IT consultants, IT process consultants, key business users, IT auditors, quality consultants, IT service providers and purchasing managers.
