Tool Confidence Levels for ISO 26262

In order to use a tool for the development of safety related systems, it must first be classified as to the type of tool and its impact on safety. Once a tool has been classified, it can then be qualified for the development of safety related systems. This session will explain how tools are classified, qualified and given a Tool Confidence Level.
