The integration with MS Project is bi-directional and facilitates communications between the development teams and the PMO.
Historical reporting and chart overlays allow for the monitoring of multiple projects across the business and trending across time to ensure that efficiencies are being gained, not lost.
Integration with MKS’s full application lifecycle solution and single repository allows users to drill down from Portfolio summaries, charts and metrics directly into lifecycle data including change requests, requirements, source code, test plans, deployment artifacts and documentation.
Presentation templates and graphical red/yellow/green range definitions allow for tailored data display, facilitating a manage-by-exception methodology.
