Integrity Gateway

An Interactive Integration Bridge

Integrity Gateway is a data-driven bridge between Integrity and a third-party data source which provides a way to import and export content from an external file into the Integrity repository.

The Integrity Gateway technology is used by many of the out of the box integrations that are supported by Integrity; this includes Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, IBM Rational DOORS, Requirements Interchange Format (ReqIF) and The Mathworks MATLAB and Simulink.

Integrity Gateway includes:

  • A generalized import/re-import/export graphical user interface
  • Support for the public XML-based Item Interchange Format (IIF) schema
  • The notion of both import and export parsers to translate between IIF and third-party formats
  • Support for both traditional and document model Integrity Items
