OKI Software selects MKS Integrity as platform for software development process management

Waterloo, ON - June 24, 2009: MKS Inc. (TSX:MKX) today announced that Oki Software Co., Ltd. has selected MKS Integrity™ for software development and maintenance process management.

Mr. Osamu Yaekura, President of OKI Software, comments, "We evaluated several ALM solution packages, including freeware, against our requirement for fully integrated software development and maintenance management.
