Mr. Knapp will be speaking on, "Assessing Risk in the Software Development Process," a presentation that focuses on risk mitigation through use of software development best practices such as project management, software configuration management (SCM) and code impact analysis.

Steve Knapp has more than 20 years of IT and product management experience covering the life insurance, customer relationship management and SCM industries. He has worked with Fortune 500, Internet and Financial firms in the assessment, development and ongoing oversight of SCM implementations. Steve's background includes development, project management and product management in organizations that range from 30 to 30,000 employees. Mr. Knapp received a BA from the University of Western Ontario and an MBA from Wilfrid Laurier University.
