MKS and ProServ Partner to Deliver Enterprise Software Configuration Management in the Middle East

Waterloo, ON — December 14, 2004: MKS Inc. (TSX: MKX) today announced it will partner with ProServ, an Amman, Jordan based process-centric firm specializing in CMMI® (Capability Maturity Model® Integration). ProServ will deliver MKS’s enterprise software configuration management (ESCM) solution to the Middle Eastern market providing sales, service and support around the MKS Integrity Solution®. MKS’s ESCM complements ProServ’s existing expertise in the Capability Maturity Model, providing process enhancement and automation required to meet most Process Areas (PA) of CMMI Maturity Level 2 and 3.
